In addition to his growing mediation practice, Peter continues to represent a limited number of individual and business clients in civil and appellate litigation, primarily in Los Angeles County. Peter has enjoyed a diverse civil litigation practice with substantial experience in business, real estate, probate, construction, major tort and other complex litigation in the California and Federal Courts.
Peter has first-chaired over fifteen trials -- civil and criminal, bench and jury -- all with successful verdicts. Peter has also settled many cases with great results for his clients, including several seven-figure settlements of medical malpractice and other major tort cases.
Peter believes that his continued litigation practice broadens his skills and perspectives as a mediator, and viceversa.
